Born in Richmond, California, his creative journey began with music. After receiving a full scholarship from Young Musicians Choral Orchestra, Khaysie studied vocal performance at the University of Michigan, developing a classical foundation that extends beyond voice to piano and harp.

Over time, that foundation evolved into something entirely his own.

As an artist, Khaysie has created a sound that blends classical opera with contemporary influences like hip hop, trap, EDM, and cinematic production. His signature Hip-HOpera style reflects both his formal training and his ability to move beyond traditional expectations.
